Ordered a medium pair, which gave me a nice snug fit. The gloves kept my hands perfectly warm in -10degrees (just back from a trip to Finland). Really like the wrist straps, even if initially they did make me feel like I was 5 years old again. That feature meant I could slip the gloves on and off easily without having to put them somewhere, as they just dangled from my wrist - very convenient. The finger hoods took a little getting used to - needed to 'wear them in' slightly so they flipped on and off easily. The little magnets that hold them back were a great bonus feature. I loved them - perfect fit, good price and great quality.

I regularly use them in winter in Spain, both for hiking and for spending long hours in hides photographing wildlife

Spent the last 2 weeks in the Canadian Rockies using Tinden’s daily in temperatures from minus 15 to 0. Gloves worked flawlessly in all conditions albeit a little warm on the warmer days. Fingertips easy to flick down to operate camera and still toasty warm.

Cold hands and the need for dexterity to operate a camera to its full potential always throw up a conundrum when it comes to gloves. To thin and they don't do the job, too thick and you just don't get the feel for the camera.
The Tinden gloves are the optimal combination of warmth and dexterity. Would definitely recommend!

These mittens, especially used with the liner gloves, offer warmth like never before. The quality and construction of these mittens are excellent and of the high standard found in all of their other gloves. Cold hands warm up quickly and stay warm. The zipped palms allow quick access for fingers to use the camera. I’m so glad I went for these and my hands thank me every time I use them.

Brilliant pair of gloves! Hold the heat in your hands as well as being able to place hand warmers in the back pockets! What you will also notice is how well the grip works even when your out in the rain! Life saver .... well camera saver to be more precise!

As someone who usually has to battle with most scarves, wearing a neck warmer is just so much more convenient. And it is more practical too as it is easy to cover your face if the weather gets extra nasty. Merino wool? Super soft and comfy. I love it!

I got these for mild cold, and I’m not disappointed. Super high quality gloves, with effective anti-slip and touch screen pads - means I can also drive and operate the phone easily without taking them off and have a good grip on the camera. I use medium size for the Markhoff Pro but the liners in small fit perfectly.

I finally got to use them this winter, and they absolutely delivered. My hands stayed warm, and I could still operate the camera and grab what I needed from the bag with just a bit more hassle than when I had no gloves on. They are very comfy, look pretty stylish, and oh, the grip - I love it! I've never had gloves that didn't feel like I was losing about 80% of my grip and dexterity. With Markhof gloves, I felt like I lost maybe 10% grip at most. The overall dexterity loss is also less noticeable compared to similar style regular gloves. Honestly, the ability to "remove" the fingertips feels almost like magic. Suddenly, I can use the camera just as well as when I'm not wearing gloves. And the magnets and the little clip thing that clips both gloves together - so easy to use that to let the gloves sit on the bag strap when I take them off without having much fear that they will get lost immediately. Hugging my bag strap like a baby koala.
